I have learned some CBT Techniques! AlH iA
Attended an online live event with Brendon Burchard. He is definitely someone I look up to an admire. It was informative and made me feel amazing afterwards.

I just got to 30 
I have learned that 7cups is full of friendly, supportive people that help me realise I am not all alone and help to pick me up on days when I feel low.

Everything will fall into place
Made it to level 10. Excited I guess, I'm worried it won't actually help and I will just be let down again.
@bubbleIdea6269 It's wonderful that you've made it to step 10. And, of course it does help you, all we need to do is fill our heart with hope and confidence. We shall never let you go down again. Wish you all the best and take care. 
So happy i've gone to growth path 10, I'm getting better and its helping me so I'm greatful.
