nothing has really changed for me, I feel like nothing helps
@Arcsema that is okay you don't feel big changes yet. it takes times. it will come with practice and by using all the tools available on 7cups. it tooks months, but now i improve and feel better. don't get discouraged and keep doing. you are amazing and you can learn to be happy.

I'm so angry. Why the need for chat support on there if you even do not pay attention?! Why listeners do not respond to twoh a bunch of messages when you need help and support?! All still don't care, this is what I learned.

Hi @dariarossito ! I'm sorry you had bad experiences with listeners on here!
There is indeed a need to increase the listener quality.
I hope you can find better listeners, there is different ways which work better than general requests.
1. Select "verified listeners", those are more experienced and competents. You can find them here: https://www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/?verified=true
2. walk on forums and chatrooms! There are very great listeners and you can see directly how they interact with members before to send them a message!
3. Don't hesitate to message an offline listener! Most of them will answer very quickly and be happy to talk to you or set a time! those are usually more popular and don't put their statut online, but will not turn you away and are very good!
I hope that will help you to get better listeners. for me, it worked and I got better listeners by this way! Don't give up! you are important for our community and we love you!
