#30. I still wouldn't say I've learned anything, but 7c is a nice distraction which has been more than enough so far.

I just reached step #80. I've learned that if I don't take care of myself consistently I'll backslide. I have to use my tools regularly to keep myself out of depression. When I get lazy about it or give up it gets worse. When I fight through it, even small efforts, it gets far more manageable and sometimes even fades away. I have a lot more "good days". Also I can't let my happiness depend on other people. I am responsible for taking care of me.

@lovingCare

Thank you for sharing your story. It is so hard to fight depression, but it is worth to keep going. Do you already know the self hep guide about depression?

Also, do not forget that there is always a listener to talk to. I hope you have a very good day today!

I relaxed a bit... which is really great, since it's no fun to be an anxious stressed freak.

I'm at step 20, I've learned that so long as I don't forgive myself, people will always control me through guilt. Now I just need to learn to forgive and accept myself.

@Sufyb Congratulations on reaching 10 and welcome to 7Cups! You are so right, no problem is too small to be insignificant. But no problem is to big to not approach it.
