You are not alone!
I reached level #10. I enjoyed the videos that were shared.
I learned that starting something is the first step. I enjoyed the progress / growth aspect after completing each activity/exercise.
@notclevertoday Congratulations! So good to have you in our community,
Another day..lol...sounds bad but yesterday wasn't the best. I am just gonna go with it. Not try to push myself and just relax through it. Well or try..lol
I reached the next level and learned ways to clear and quiet the mind.
@notclevertoday

Gotten through one more day...
I've learnt that there are people willing to listen to me and take my issues seriously, I am not so alone.
@LittleLotte Congratulations! We are happy to listen to you and be there for you!
@Evechen Thanks!
On #110 now and I'm still learning every day how important it is to take time out to be mindful and remember things to be grateful for. I am also learning that waves of depression will still come... they may come for the rest of my life and I will just have to deal the best I can.
@Sheina
Congrats on being #110.
Endurance is an aspect of strength. Feel free to chat with me if you feel you need some emotional support.
I learned that if I fall short of my expectations in life it's OK. I can not beat myself up if I don't make it all the way. I need to capitalize on my achievements and make the best of them. Having a plan A, B and maybe C is a good thing because having only one plan can be heartbreaking if it does not pan through.
