It's been a rough week, but I made it through. Trying to keep positive. Going to do all my homework this weekend, and do some cleaning. I'm going to try to not sleep as much, and maybe think about doing a new project.

I reached number 10, when I wasn't sure I'd make it through step #1.

I've learned that when one area of life is good, another suffers. Not every facet of life will be perfect at once. And that's okay.

I feel a lot better now that I started an account. I think 7 cups is a great website and I look forward to using it in the future. :)

It's been awhile since I've been on this site (blame my job for that). For a while, with the help of mediation, I was doing good. Then yesterday, I saw a video on YouTube that I knew could trigger my anxiety, but I went stupid for 5 minutes and watched it anyway. Now I can't stop thinking about it and I can feel my anxiety start to creep back up.

Any advice on how I get my anxiety to stop?

I have learned to breathe and meditate. It's hard sometimes and I still have to medicate sometimes when it gets really bad, but I can keep control when it's not intense.
