I have learned to breath and meditate. I still have to medicate sometimes when it's really bad, but if it's not too intense I can handle it.
I actually realized that i really need to take better care of myself. I have been looking for someone else or something else to fix me, when i know in my heart that i haven't been doing my own part. I need to love and take care of myself. It's hard, but i think i can at least do better then what i have been doing before.
@greylight feed your soul and great things can happen!

step 1000! I learned that just because clouds are in the way, doesn't mean the sun isn't shining on the other side. I am doing much better at making the clouds go away and enjoying even the smallest amount of sunshine I have. Being positive is the key to everything.
Step 20!
I've learnt that it's okay to have bad days and that loving myself all the time is healthy, not arrogant
I started this journey 6 days ago.
I spent the last 4 days in the hospital, and I'm finally home.
Out of all that I learned, one of the most important lessons was to stop and breathe. The feeling of chaos, is often brought on by rushing to the finish line, or worrying excessively about getting there. So often we become lost in the destination or stresser, that we forget to be present in the journey.
I cannot change the stresses in my life, BUT, I can change how I cope with them. It's hard to let the cards fall where they may, but it is crucial, in staying calm. The meditation sessions really help.

210 here. I've learned that if you lie about feeling better, people accept your answer and are happy, but then they leave you without continuing to provide support.
If you're honest, then they criticize you for "not wanting to feel better" or "not giving it enough time or effort."
People seem to think that mental conditions are quickly cured and if you're not cured quickly, then you are not being honest or alternatively, that you are being manipulative and looking for attention.
@courageousYard8376 perhaps it is time to find new people? Not everyone is cut from the same cloth, and there are people who genuinely care and appreciate others unconditionally.
I have learned that fake people contribute to my negative thoughts and actions. I have learned to let go of the extra people in my life and I have become happier with the genuine people I choose to share my life with.
Being grateful for what I have, instead of focusing on what I don't. :)
#10...no matter how bad things are, there is something positive in there somewhere to rejoice in...maybe, the sun is shining, smile from a stranger, my bed is comfy
