The Music Never Stops! I have found my spirits are always higher when i listen to good music...

The #1 thing I've learned on this journey so far is that if something is important to you, you never give up on it. Have the courage to ask for help if you need it because it's worth it. A lending hand is always useful. This site is empowering. I thank you all for that :)

Every moment is a struggle, so I am teaching myself to stop and remember that in those moments I have a choice. I have a choice to either speak to myself with negativity or with positivity, because I am listening.

Note: Beyoncé's new song just came out...! Haha. :)
