I learned that I can feel a lot less stressful by breathing for a few minutes.
@Peter5x5 focussing on our breathe and relaxing, even very few time definitely helps to feel better, i agree
I'm not so much learning as practicing.
@MeddedK8 - I'm glad you're putting what you've learnt into practice! Good luck with everything:)
I learned that i can try to anchor myself through breathing and i try to accept every moment, not regarding whether it feels unbearable.
@AnxiousKitty - That's a brilliant way of trying to calm yourself in any difficult situations that may arise, thanks for sharing this:)

I feel I need something deeper because this isn't helping much..makes me sad to say so
@xruinsx - Sorry you're not finding this to be much help lately, but thank you for being so honest, that's something we'll always appreciate!:) I hope you find this/an equivalent to help soon

@Kaitykat - Aww, definitely a good thing! Thanks for being here:)
I love this thing. It really helps me to close my eyes for 5 minutes and just focus on my breathing a just relax.
@jwheeler1404 - Woah, so pleased you're finding all of this so helpful!
2 days ago marks 3 years sober I haven't touched drugs or alcohol. That feels pretty great. I haven't attempted or contemplated suicide for a year and counting (give or take a month) which feels even better. Last but not least I haven't had a massive panic attack in about 5 months.
This year will be a good one. Stay strong all of you who are struggling, it does get easier!
@HotPotato, great to hear. Always remember anything is possible once you break the boundary. Hope I can speak of my achievements like you at some point.
@Koriko
You will man I promise you, just remember the little wins count, don't take any step for granted. And most importantly don't forget to focus on the things in life that are positive, I know it can be hard but you only have to force yourself at the start!
