I've attended my first two chats today. Well, I tried a third, but no one was talking. At any rate, these two chats were about Friendship. I have a tendency to spend a lot of time alone. I love my alone time. That doesn't mean that I don't care about or appreciate my friends and family. It just means that I don't need as much contact as some. We're all different, after all. However, these chats have reminded me how important it is to appreciate my friends by reaching out.Whether it's a text, a pm, a phone call, getting together, sending a card or note, etc. It feels good to connect...for them and for me.
I m thinking how difficult it is to ask for advices and not get just manipulative oppinions that don t see what you need. And the sad thing is that we all do it.
I wish , that I could stop negavite manipulation...

Hooray, #20 on my path :)
@TheRedLady666 congratulations to reach step 20.
I'm not posting about something i did to achieve the level i achieved, but I'm facing a recurring event with another person and I look back and realized how much I've matured my behaviour regarding this situation. And I'm here to share my contentment with the progress.
Since hitting step 10, I've learned that this is a process, it wont happen overnight...
@noname96, yes, it's step by step. but you will achieve your goals :)

I am new here, and I'm at level ten. One thing I have been taught by this program that is unique to me is that breathing slowly and focusing helps so much. I never really noticed.
