I realized that so many people feel the same way as I do... and this helps me as I say to myself "If they can do, so can I"

I'm on 70. I've learned to keep going in the toughest situations.

i should really take the time to think about things in slince and breath
i've learned that being helped is a beautiful thing. and i've learned that hating isn't a joyful thing and it can lead you to sadness. oh and i've also learned to love myself a bit
