First day, reached step 10. I am still a huge mess. I hope to feel better, someday. I am truly tired of feeling sad and lonely.

Reached step 60 but don't really feel much of a benefit right now. All of the same shit that I have to deal with in real life is still there & I'm basically on my own in this. :-(

I'm finally going to talk to someone. Nervous but excited!

Well I've reached 10. I'm mostly here b/c I feel utterly lost and destroyed over my breakup from a year long serious relationship. But I have noticed the mindfulness exercises seem to help a bit. I don't really know where I'm going to go from here. I know I need help and support, but I don't feel like having to explain my entire life story to someone I'll never meet -_-

Step 200 ~ Day 39
I have learned the hard way that even if I do all the right things (physically, mentally, & emotionally), and channel my time, energy, thoughts, & speech in a positive direction...the hideous beast of depression will, unfortunately, repay me an unwelcome visit. And, as hard as I try to rack my brain doing a chain analysis of WHAT could have triggered this new episode of depression, I draw a blank. I guess I'm finding that with my refractory depression, I can't control when it will drop down on me like a ton of bricks, and I can't magically make it "lift." I can only do my authentic best to stay grateful and positive as I walk through the depression, and take good care of myself each step of the way.

I've only just started even though there is no big change yet. I recognize the very small things that keep me going forward. Just a little.
