MAde it to level 70... keep on keppin' on :-)
i found this site almost a year ago when i was in treatment and only now did i reach 20. anyways im still here!
im still alive!
I learned that if you need help with an issue than talk about it because there are people who will listen
Keep moving forward to make you lovers proud and go on and keep making your haters jealous. Because you know they won't make it as far as you have.
Just reached level 10 after three days here. I'm learning how to pause and just breathe. How to be kind to myself even when I don't feel like it. How to open up to people even when I'm ashamed to admit I'm not okay. I'm happy to be a part of the 7cups community. <3
I've learned - and am still learning - some really great listening skills. To take turns talking and being patient and respectful towards others. I've really learned that what is on the surface with people is not always what is in the inside.
Just reached level 20. Trying to stay motivated and concentrating on myself rather than my ex. Today was a great day! Things are still a bit up and down, but I've come to the realization I can't depend on someone else for my own happiness. As hard as it may be, I have to find it myself. Then when I am happy, I can add to it by joining someone else's life. A relationship can only add to your happiness, it can NOT make it. I will be hurt again if I make that same mistake.
Just reached milestone ten. I've read that's it's okay to have bad days as well as good days.
I learned that I have to control my breathing and calm myself in order to relax better.
@lostInABook That is a great lesson to learn. I know it took me ages to learn that. Breathing is so important especially in stressful situations. Congrats! I hope it really helps you moving forward :)
I'm afraid of what will people think of me and I have trust issues
@isabellahadid Thank you for sharing. I hope you know that you are not alone. These fears are there for a reason and you being here and opening up is a great step in the right direction. Please feel free to message me if you need anything! I wish you luck! :)
