I learned that even in the darkest of times, there are things to be thankful for.
@SkeletonKing Yes! And those are the things that we must be grateful for cause they shine light in our darkness. Thank you for sharing with us 😄
I learned that even in the darkest of times, there are things to be thankful for.
@SkeletonKing A small ray of hope is all we need to cross the darkest and difficult of times. And being thankful for the smallest of things make the journey easier.
I reached 10 cups. Apparently it's a milestone. I'm still adapting to 7 cups but we will see in time if it helps. Thanks for all being here.
@Nicolette88 Congratulations on reaching your 10th step. We are always here for you and hope that you will find this site useful. Keep going 'cause you are doing awesome, btw. 😄
I learned that an old friend of mine is doing a lot better than he was a year ago. He told me his new perspective on life:
"There's really no point to life. Sometimes it's better than to just let yourself go free, and not worry about the consequences for your actions. No one's life really matters, so why don't we just do what we want, nothing matters."
I know how unhelpful that is, but it's a huge improvement for him :)
I have just started this program and just reached #10 and i have learned to focus on the little things in life
