Hello everyone! ^_^ (I don't know if there's an intro thread, so I guess I'm just coming out of the blue. XD)
Anyway, hit Level 10 on my growth path... I guess the biggest thing I've learned is I don't have to be so hard on myself, even if everyone else is. I've got flaws, but I've got strengths too, and it's okay to forgive myself.
Glad I found this. I'm on step 11 but I still feel just as deeply insecure as I did in step one. It's a concious process and a lot of work. But I have to do something because what I have been doing hasn't worked up to this point.
I've learned that I have to invest in my wellbeing and mindfulness if I truly want to work at getting better.

I believe I'm still in a long path of learning how to believe more in myself, I think the most important step I've taken is to put toxic people at a fair distance, not letting them put me down it's given me peace. Now I just know I'll be fine.

Reached level 20~ I'm still really struggling with the concept as a whole, but if I've learned anything so far, it's that I have value despite my personal doubts. Still gotta work on it a lot, though.
