This week I learned more about kindness
towards others and myself
@ThePianist - Can you share an example of how you implemented it? I'd like to hear.
Still here
@ElleSees - I see you have taken many steps, but are moving a little slower on the points part. You can earn points by talking to listeners or participating in the chat rooms or forums. Would you like to try that? Maybe when you feel ready. You can use 7 Cups in any way that it helps you best.
Something I've struggled with for a while is that I can't beat myself up whenever I encounter a setback. There are too many factors involved when something goes wrong for me to solely lay all of the blame on myself. This has been something I've struggled with for years, and I suspect there will be days where I continue to unnecessarily blame myself out of insecurity, but I am really grateful to have finally come to understand that tearing myself down has got to stop.
yeah reached level 50, learning to tke time out for me
I have learned that I am already the person that I want to be, I just have to uncover it.
@KattNeroba - I like this fresh way of looking at it. It reminds me of what Michelangelo said: "I saw the angel in the marble and carved until I set him free."
Dont ever stop believeing in yourself. for your the greatest <3
Step 30! Oot oot.
As a new member of 7 cups I have learned to be grateful and positive. I have also learned that there will always be someone to reach out to and ask for help when I feel down or anxious. This website has changed my life.
@bepositiveme amen
@bepositiveme I could not agree more. Anxiety isn't something to push away. A new mindset can work wonders.
I'm working on my acceptance path and it's really great. I've learned practical techniques of how to distance myselfs from the thoughts and grasped the concept of how not to allow my "self bullying" fulfill my goals. Of course i need a lot of pracice of it in my life, but these hints have already helped a lot and it's been only few days of my work. I love how motivating 7 cups are to be systhematic in work on problems, even if i have a good day! I've already learned that much in life that I should work on my self development not only in times of crisis, but on every day basis to have good coping skills.
Hey. Im into it. I'm moving..
Learn and value everything that comes in your way..
Hope is out there.
Change is out there.
