Small daily tasks can move me closer to my goals.

March 17th, 2016

@nuwara

Indeed they can. :) It's nice that we don't have to accomplish goals in one fell swoop, as long as we're moving toward them bit by bit.

I meditated today. And I feel so much better than I did in a long time.

In practicing gratitude I've learned that we sometimes focus on the "big" things when there are many "small" things to be grateful for as well. And the irony is that some of the really "big" things we do not realise we should be grateful for because we take them for granted and do not even notice them as something to be grateful for.

Hi, I thin the number one thinf I am learning is that my journey will be long- but the love I have for my daughter will keep me going.

I'm on stage 190 (I think I've accidentally done more than one step per day so I'm here faster than I think I should be...) and I'm starting to realise that not getting out of bed until later in the day doesn't make the whole day a complete fail - if I manage to do at least one task then I've achieved something.

@LittleLotte - Go at your own pace.

@Chiaroscuro1 Thanks but I think the extra steps are a site issue, if I do an action and view the feed on the same day then it often counts as two actions.

At step 70, not easy but worth it

March 17th, 2016

@Moresilly

Congratulations on reaching step 70, and yes it's not always easy but I hope it will always be worth it.
