Completed the first 10 steps. I learned to shut up. That's better for everyone.

The milestone of my life was realising that not everything bad that happened was my fault. I didn't deserve most of the stuff that happened to me.

I wasn't completely innocent but that doesn't mean I deserved everything that happened.

I am not a demon. I am someone that can be cared about and liked and understood.

I'm not alone.

@GlenM Its ok to feel as though you have issues because we all do. The most important thing is to work through it

one of the things i've learned since finding this site is that there are lots of people like me and it seems the medical world is deficient in helping us other than with presciption drugs.

@GlenM I realize I need to take better care of myself if I want to continue helping others

I'm just starting my "journey", and I'm going to consider that a pretty big milestone for me.

@BlurryFace406 And something that I've learned is that sometimes it helps to take a step back, look at the positive in your life, and breathe.
