I am learning to talk more and relax. Aspell not to over think everything and let my throughts flow
i have reached step 10!
I am starting to learn I can not control everything and there is always someone there to talk to and not to suffer in silence.
I guess time really helps to smooth things a bit
Looks are not everything and my personality is what makes me beautiful
