i found out that im worth something. That i shouldn't be afraid of who i really am..and i think i can make it.
@maxxxx
You're getting there. *hugs* Keep it up.
I'm learning that it is important to balance time being happy with myself and being happy with others.
Step 60. The meditation helps a lot. Making me relax and to stop thinking about all the bad thoughts I have. Helps me to start over new.
@samd136
I hear how it relaxing it is, the way your tensions can ease and it's like you've turned a new page. That's wonderful. :)
I'm just got to step ten. I've learned a lot about meditation and how helpful it is in every day life. I have been doing three meditation exercises a day for the past week and I can already tell the difference in myself. I feel more capable of handling situations when they arise without breaking down. I hope to continue on this path and am excited to see what happens.
@Mynaameissavage
Congrats on getting to step 10! Wow, you've definitely been very dedicated, and it's marvelous how much you've found meditation exercises have improved your daily life. Stay strong. :)
@GlenM How to stay calm
I made it four days without harming myself
@HarmGirl
That can be very difficult. <3 Congratulations are in order. :p Thank you so much for fighting the fight and choosing to not harm for these past four days. <3
@guidingMusic your welcome, the third day, I thought for sure I was going to do it, but I didn't.
@HarmGirl
What made you stop? Maybe if you feel the urge again, you can do whatever you did then? But keep it up, it's nice you're getting past day by day.
One thing i have learned..so far..on 7cups..is to practice mindfullness meditation each morning. It has been really helpful😀
I've learned that every time I reach a milestone, something bad happens and undos everything.
@tidySprings1832
I imagine that's frustrating and despairing, feeling what you've worked for has just tumbled into ruins. I guess I can only say if you're still trying, keep on rebuilding, maybe you're doing something right.
@guidingMusic Thank you
It isn't about being fixed all at once. It is a process that yeilds benefits only if practiced regularly.
I think I might be able to do this
