I've learned that I need to stand up for myself more, and apologize less. I don't need to say sorry for existing or having feelings.

@Gwynie

You have courage. You're brave. You can do anything. You can accomplish any goal. You're a complete self. I proud of you. (^-^)

I'm learning to be open and honest with myself

March 27th, 2016

@Lasher

That can be hard, but I'm glad you're doing your best to face yourself and whatever else you're dealing with. Don't run from yourself and the truth. :p You're fabulous and can handle it.

I hit growth point 9 (not sure that's the correct terminology) and it suggested that I leave a note on this thread about one thing I've learned so far from this program. I've learned to pause and try to listen to what's going on inside me without judgment. (The judgment part is hard; I'm kind of judgy, especially on myself.)

@neatBanana1862

You're doing great. Listening to our own voice is really a tough job. Yes, it's hard not be judgmental. But we keep learning and keep growing. Good luck:)

I recently got a toxic person out of my life, she used to be my best friend and i thought she'd be good for me again but the truth was that she changed. Its not that her changing was bad, shes got her own life and all -- but we werent exactly on the same page anymore. Anyway, its like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders somehow. Even though i know im gonna miss her for a long time. Im just glad i had the courage to say goodbye.

@colliniscoolin - This is a very difficult thing to do. Well done for seeing what is best for you and for making a difficult decision. You might have some mixed feelings about it. It's normal. Difficult or confusing feelings don't mean you did the wrong thing. Again - well done.
