One thing I have learned is that it's good to do something everyday to put myself first with self care. Everyday take time to put yourself first with self care. When I forget or fall back into a habit that seems like it will help it doesn't it's like fighting addiction self care is most important chose it

@Resiliant very good :)

@Resiliant

I agree, and you seem to have a good plan laid out, to make it a habit to choose self care every day. Keep it up. ^^ Eventually it'll become natural, and hopefully the unhealthy habits or whatever you're trying to stop will have less of a hold. :)

I've learned to keep trying and continue my journey after falling. It's easy to accommodate and hide behind fear and excuses, there is a line that has to be crossed that divided fear and success and those who get to cross are not the most brave ones , they are the ones who ignore their fears and keep advancing while it's still there.

Step #330

I learned that old, broken relationships can be mended, over time. I got to help and talk to an ex friend of mine, today, and I felt like it was old times. I know that we hit a rough patch before, but if we take it easy without trying too hard, we can maybe become friends again. It gives me hope that my ex and I can come together and talk things through, as well.

I also learned from a listener lady that I need to work hard to change my thinking and fight hard for the things I want.

March 28th, 2016

@RedPandaExpress88

Yeah, there can be hope that past relationships, given time and new commitment from both sides, can lead to something new and reforged. So long as you don't hold onto something meant to be let go, maybe there is hope. <3

I hope that whatever that listener lady made you learn, it resonated. :p Good luck.
