I learned to just relax and don't let anyting take you down.
@ambitiousApricot7162 That's good and wish you all the best on your progress path :)
I completed step 10! Yeaaaahhhhh!
@SofaKing Congratulation on completing step 10!!! :)
Hard work really pays off.![]()
@ambitiousApricot7162 Indeed hardwork pays off, you're doing great on your progress path and all the best :)
Level 140. Learning how to be there for myself, learning to take things slowly and congratulate even small improvements.
I have learned that everything gets better with time. That I don't have to dwell on anything.
@Ryker0704 Indeed everything gets better with time, you're doing great on your progress path and all the best :)
Step 20, and no luck with solving anything
@Vader Congratulations on reaching step 20!, hope it gets better soon :)
@Harsvin thanks matey ;) this is very kind of you and I hope you are getting better as well. There was indeed some progress with me, but it seems that I didn't find the answers I crave for.
I am learning to trust in my significant other and not question that he loves me, dispite what my anxiety says. It's a work in progress, but a step in the right direction - just the fact that I started trying. Just that alone is a big step for me these days.
@Geecat a step goes a long way indeed. Great work at having changed so 😊
To be less self conscious and to stay calm
@madmads33 great! Now you can focus more on stuff without a baffled mind
I'm learning that some of my goals may be unreachable so I will have to find alternatives.
@LittleLotte finding alternatives to things not reachable is awesome! I'm so glad you have found alternative to things!
Step 1070. I've learned that as with almost all other areas of our lives 7 Cups is also a place where you can have positive as well as disappointing experiences. It's a normal part of life to have both kinds of experiences. Having a disappointing experience here does not negate all the positive experiences I've had. And having a disappointing experience does not mean that there won't be positive experiences again.
@Chiaroscuro1 A valuable lesson you indeed learnt, congrats on having soared so high
