I've reached 150 today. 7cups has been so so good to me. I have reached the point where I feel I'm fine the way I am ....and being healthy has become my number one priority... I get excited when I learn new ways I can take care of myself in the moment.
@quickwittedWheel6511 your attitude is an inspiration. my wish for you is keep this good light. there may be many times when someome is gonna come crawling out of the woodwork, like a cockroach, and try to knock you off your cloud simply for the fact, they don't have a cloud and it's true, misery loves company. where i come from thde negativity is so strong. thats why you should be proud of youself causze its easy to become what you hate. i am so sick of control freaks, and haters, but i gotta keep myself in check so i don't turn into one. keeo on glowing!

Today I learned to appreciate myself a little bit more and that the small things I do almost everything are just as important as the big things I do that happen, but maybe happen less often.
@GlenM I've learned that 7 Cups is the best thing for me right now, because I need this site more than ever. I'm going to be in high school, and it's pretty hard right now. Without this site, I don't know how I'd make it. (:
