I realized that the first big step I can take is reaching out for help and realizing that I'm not in this alone. :)
@nar0nar and what better place for that then this!
Step 70. How many are there? I thought it was 32 originally.
@Cheshire94 over 1000. Keep going :p
@Istand4peace
Ugh. Really? What's the point they're all the same?
@Cheshire94 Not the same for 71 exceeds 70.... In the literal terms, probably appreciation, recognition and motivation
@Cheshire94 - I believe the different steps on the growth path is there to help us cultivate an attitude of gratitude (with the gratitude journal), help us see the positives in our lives that might go unnoticed (with asking us to focus on 2 positive things we did in the last while), with helping us stay in contact with the community (by viewing 10 posts in the feed), with helping us make medititation and/or mindfulness exercises a regular thing for us (with the mindfulness exercises) and by teaching us about different things about mental health and coping strategies or just give us a laugh (with the video clips). I think these things have all been chosen because research has shown that having them in our lives regularly leads to better mental health. But if you have more questions about it, I suggest you contact @Glen, who is our founder and takes care of discussions about the growth path, If he doesn't reply to this post, you can try Glen's Nook in the forum categories.

Lvl 50 and right now I'm slipping and the only thing helping us knowing others are worse off. The positivity is slipping away.....
@BrokenMind32 positivity comes from within, pm me if need help!
Somedays are harder than others but slowly you can get through
@Althius1976
I'm proud that you say that. Look for the goodness. It's nowhere, but inside of you.
I've learned that the mind is seriously such a powerful thing. Meditation and surrounding yourself with positive/kind/healthy/loving friends can take you so far. Without good friends the world can be a very dark and lonely place, so forgive often, don't judge, and don't burn bridges. However don't continue to be friends with people who are toxic or continually let you down or say unkind things. Friends build you up and offer their support and help with loving arms out stretched, they pick you up when you fall, not tear you down and only take take take from the relationship. Know your worth. I've also learned to trust my perceptions, to have love and compassion for myself, to tap into my healthy adult, to take care of my mind/body/soul. I'm learning to mind my business, to focus on myself, to NOT JUDGE, and to ignore hurtful things said by unhealthy/unstable/hurting individuals that do not have the ability to see beyond themselves. Lastly, I'm on the road to forgiveness. I am not there yet, but one day I will forgive my abusers, and look at my trauma as a battle wound, a seemingly unclimbable mountain that I fought my way up, a testimony to my STRENGTH, and one of my biggest life lessons.
@BrightOcean1843
You're full of strength. The path you've taken is not in everyone's reach. I salute you. You may not be aware but you're already reached your target Cuz you have will to continue on this path. The path which is for the brave. I admire your opinion. Bravo!! For your achievements. And Good Luck on the road of your desires.
To be patient. Just because I'm struggling now does not mean I won't be in a better situation 6 months from now, or a year from now, or 3 years from now. It's not easy, but I still have opportunities to live a better life.
@quietDime4559
You're really great. Finding hope in a hopeless situation is not a child's play. You may not be in better situation in few day or weeks, but you have power to change everything. The power which is inside of you. You just need to awaken it. And I know you can do it.
To be myself and only listen to the positive.
