The one thing I have learned is to stop isolating myself. Even though it is hard for me especially on really down days. I shouldn't isolate myself even though I find myself doing so.

April 3rd, 2016

@SaraLynn3004

*hugs* I hope you'll take action to make it so, and so that you won't be isolating yourself even when you feel like it. We're rooting for you. ^^

@BeautifullyxWritten

You're the only one who can practice that, self love. <3 I'm glad you've learned this.

I've learned that I will have bad days and good days, and that's okay. The bad days will pass, and maybe tomorrow will be a good day!

April 3rd, 2016

@LittleMiracles

Hey, that's the spirit. :) Sometimes tomorrow is what we have to hold on to. Hope you'll have a wonderful day tomorrow and all days after it. :p

I've had PTSD from a traumatic loss for the past 3 years and I don't know how to get over it without talking about it. When I try to talk about it I just break down in tears and relive it all over again. It's a burden I hold every single day and it's made my life a living hell

April 3rd, 2016

@LittleLily

I'm sorry you have to deal with this. There must be more, some way you'll be able to heal from this trauma. I don't know how long it'll take or how complete the recovery will be, but I hope you're getting all the help and support you need. You're still here, and well as much or little as it might mean, I'm glad you're still here and able to share this. Take care.

I've learned more than anything else - that it is OK that I don't know everything yet. I don't know exactly what my next step is, I don't know when I'll feel normal again, I don't know what I need to be happy yet - and it's okay as long as I keep looking, learning, and moving forward.

April 3rd, 2016

@Geecat

I think that's one of the most powerful and hopeful things there is to say, to keep moving forward despite all odds. There will always be uncertainty, but there are still things for you to do. I wish you strength. <3 Good luck.

@CourteousOcean8672

Can't tell how literal that is, :p but good luck tackling it all.

I'm still trying to not be overwhelmed. Basically, I've learned how to breathe.
