I have learned that I cannot just run away if I have a mountain in the way.
@JohnSBlack
Those are great words man. Facing troubles is hard, but it's totally worth it in the end. Keep going! We're proud of you!
Just reached step 40! The best thing I`ve learnt is that no matter how bad I feel, it doesn`t take a lot to make me happy again :)
@sensibleCity1639 I would just like to say well done on reaching step 40! You have come so far!
Stay strong always☺
I don't feel so alone anymore
@DontWorryAboutMe I am so happy you don't feel so alone anymore! That is great news
Have a great day.
I've learned to try and enjoy the good things even if it's hard
@kawaiiphan I am glad that you have decided to have this approach on life. I hope this continues for a long time.
Stay strong, you are doing amazing!
Now I'm at 20 and all I have to say is wow! And thank you!! :3
@DanceAndDraw more mature then ever! Happy birthdayyy
One moment at time, one step at a time. That's all I need to focus on
@goldenCranberry4704 I am glad you are taking life one step at a time. That is an amazing way to deal with it. Well done!
Have a good day.
@GlenM
The fake it till you make it. Even if i don't have a constant feeling if gratitude, I find if i force myself to sit down and write down three things im thankful for every day, it gets easier to think of things to be grateful for. It comes more natural to see your blessings which changes my whole attitude.
@bluePerson8512 keep counting the blessings, great work!
@GlenM
I learned that it's important to try getting better
@foreverpositive
Yeah. It's not necessarily a hopeless cause. Keep trying. *hugs*
That my ADHD doesn't have to everything I am; even though I feel more aware of my symptoms now, I know that there are skills I can learn and I can start with small simple steps and work my way up.
@JessicaR and with small steps you can climb towers!
