Love the life you live Live the life you love xD
@Rithik live it to love it!
I have tried to be more mindful and positive in all areas of my life
@Mulebag that makes you better!
Things will get better, evenually
@simplelife03790 This is a great insight. Sometimes I look at too short of a time frame instead of taking the long view. For example, I think about skipping my workout because I hate doing it, but if I think about the long term effect, I know it will eventually be good for me.
@neatBanana1862 yeah Good for you neatBanana1862:) glad it helps:)
I'm good enough. I should love myself more.
@WhiteBearClub indeed for you deserve it!
You can't rely on your surroundings to give you everything you need to cope physically and emotionally, having the right tools and knowing how to use them correctly can make managing what ails you easier.
@Birdwatching and all of that must come from you!
@Istand4peace thank you, hopefully it will.
Step 59. I've learned that when I skip a day of meditation (even a short one), I am crankier and more on edge. Overall, I feel less resilient. I was almost desperate to get time for my meditation.
@neatBanana1862 meditation doesn't define you. Use it don't let it abuse you!
Step # 400
I learned that being supportive of others and being selfless is a lot more important than wallowing in my past. I need to be strong for other people and I need to be strong for myself. I'm still healing and hopefully I can help people, who are willing, to heal, as well.
@RedPandaExpress88 indeed you need to be the role model and you sure are being one here!
@Istand4peace
Thank you for your kind words. Have a wonderful week. 💖
Hi Everyone, I have reached step 260. I'm learning to stop negative talk in my internal monolog. I'm wanting to have a measure of success in my life, so I have been enjoying mindfulness meditations featuring visits with my mentor. I am beginning to find the mindfulness training is having an impact on my stress levels at work, home, and other places. -Dave
@alonesomeryder and without stress you work best! Keep flying
@alonesomeryder - Very good!
Step 130. Don't be afraid to apologize; only worry about that which you can control; be patient; always smile and be friendly; and be willing to let things go and see what happens.
@CleopatraElizabethI I love that! I will right it in my notes so whenever I open my book it is right in my face. Like a reminder :) thank you for your thoughts.
