I've learned that I'm definitely not alone with my anxiety and there are millions of people who have the same fears and concerns that I do.
@Henz21
There sure are, and always remember that we are here for you :)
I've learned that it gets better
@1lonelybipolarsoul Autumn always ends!
I've realized that sometimes helping others really helps yourself.
@SilenceisSolace you have the same faults, they make you see the fault same in them. Their happinesss makes you happy!
Realizing that so many other people are going through the same thing. And that things could be a lot worse than they are
@J2213 and yet thry can be so much the better too, if you try!
I've learned that there are so many people out there who have true compassion for others and a genuine desire to help support one another through the difficult parts of our individual journeys, and I have also learned that I can spend my time productively by being present for others who need a listening ear. I get genuine satisfaction when somebody tells me that I have helped them; it is incredibly fulfilling and I am so glad to be a part of this community.
@betseyplum Indeed it is the most aatisfactory of things and helps us alot in all our dealings. Blessed indeed!

Step 110. I have to keep going.
@creativeCamp2095 stopping midway is wasted effort!
Realize that I've come so far, and that it's okay to ask for help..
@KCastillo13 indeed it is, if you need it!
Hi guys. So far with using 7 cups I have learnt that I can find a few things to be grateful for on a daily basis and it has helped me to be able to identify and appreciate these things a bit more than I would have previously. I have also begun to realise that there is a world of people out there experiencing the same things I am which makes me feel a teeny bit less abnormal. Good luck guys!
You managed to see the pain of others @Chlo89 and thus became thankful. Thankfulness brings happiness!
