Something that I have learned is that be grateful. Never take anything for granted, and take some time to remember and calm down and think about everything and everybody that has positively impacted you. Show them how much you love them and tell them how much they mean to you, if you are brave enough. But it's okay if you aren't, because you don't have to be perfect and have ever thing figured out to still be loved.

@OIndigoTreeO no one is perfect, know you got it and gave it all you got and that's all you can do and that's all you need do!

I'm not sure. But this cup is a pretty good reminder that I need to think on a positive side :)

I've learned that 7 cups practice kindergarten levels of helping. "How does that make you feel? What can you do better?" At least when you talk to someone who doesn't treat you like shit or simply refuse to talk to you.

To put things in perspective when I start to lose control. To recognize these times and GET HELP - I check in with someone on 7 cups and explain the situation, and they help me take a step back and get a handle on it

I've reached step 10!

7 Cups has become my daily habit. I look forward to doing it every day. I'm so glad that I found this when I needed it the most.

Simply breathing can really help. The more resistant I am to mindfulness exercises, they more they seem to really help if I can get myself to take a breath (ha ha) and do it anyway
