Patience
I learned to appreciate the little joys that each day brings and that I am worthy of taking a little time just to myself to come here and do the small exercises.
@Martina33 The little joys of life are the ones we tend to overlook and take for granted. Good that u appreciate them. Keep going.
I have learned to use tools like exercise, productivity apps, and this site as much as I need them but not so much that I become obsessively distracted by them because they are more fun than my current projects.

I have learned that if I don't try, I won't succeed. Theferfore, it's important to just keep trying my best. :)
