I learned that I need to think about the good things more than the bad
It's okay to hurt as long as it doesn't consume you. But it's better to just not hurt at all.
Being diagnossed with autism spectrum disorder (FINALLY) really helps me understand my stimming.... never put it together before. Still loads to learn though, I'm sure.
The importance of gratitude
Learnt to talk to people instead of holding bad stuff in
Today I learned all the people doesn't recognize friendship and kindness the same way one would imagine.
In a group chat earlier I was offering to be a friend for a person while that person telling "you don't know me, if you know me you don't want to be my friend" but I was being relentless. But at this point I saw my data low I had to leave in order to top up.
I returned now
Just to see that person has threatened to report me
The second lesson God taught me today
Not to open arms when someone scream pain, you might be surprised... :)
Ive learnt what is causing my anxiety. I understand what is happening and I know what the tiggers are. This has helped me to reationalize my thoughts and begin to deal with the anxiety. Although still on medication, I have gone from anxiety attacks everyday, and not being able to leave the house, to a little flutter of one now and again and being able to go back to work and start to live again. I know my journey is not over yet, but I will continue to do all the things I have learnt so far which help me deal with anxiety, and I am determind to come out of it better than ever before.
@GlenM I have learnt that I'm not alone. That people do care.
Doing random acts of kindness
I haven't been in for a while....so I guess all I can wish for is that I will reconnect with myself fir the next 10 ^_^
