Don't isolate yourself

@GlenM I have learned that even if I have a problem that seems insignificant compared to another problem, what matters is their significance to me, and I have to prioritize them based on my perceptions, not others'. For example, if I'm drowning in coursework and procrastinating on it, but I'm more worried about an upcoming soccer game, it's okay for me to talk about the slightly smaller problem first if that's what is on my mind.

Level 310, ☺, live life as normal as possible, don't take positive moments for granted, don't dwell on negatively, learning more on how to live with chronic pain, that taking is easy and learning to pace myself is not a weakness. Biggest lesson is learning to live again.

@GlenM

I am important even if I don't feel useful or meaningful.

Step # 450

I learned just how much life decisions can alter your life and the lives around you. I was always aware of the consequences of my actions, but I never knew that I could, one day, screw up the best relationships I ever had and become so isolated and broken. The repercussions, along with the guilt and shame that I feel, are a lot to bare on my own.

80...

Distraction is still the best technique to handle my anxiety... and for some reason most of the led discussions here make me infinitely calmer.

I've learned letting the negative people go is the best thing for yourself
