I just made it to step 20 in my beginner's growth path. It helped me relax. I didn't do the meditations exactly, but I did identify with some feelings and was able to pull out of my depression and loneliness.

I learned that just doing some of the mindfullness exercises at the end of my day really helps me calm down and stay calm throughout the night. They also help me to remember to just take a deep breath at times and help me remember that I can't always control everything that happens.

I have learned that it is as important to talk as it is to listen

@FizzyRain

Yes, you're right. When we talk, we share our thoughts. Which makes us, less stressed. You're doing a great job.

Well I've made it to step 30. I've found that I tend to use this app whenever I'm feeling bad, not only when I'm terrible. Here's to hoping I don't need this app for another 30

Recently I was about to get really upset over something someone said about me. You know what I did, I stopped thought about what I was doing and calmley said I don't need this in my life and it is not worth my time. It was the first time in my life I had stopped and thought about my words before I said them. Even though I have a long way to go, I know that I will have the 7Cups community along side me as I try to find my way. Thank you.
