@GlenM

I learned to love myself more and to know it's not always my fault, to know that I don't always have to be the one apologizing. I know that it's okay that I can't pay attention and that it's okay that it's hard for me to read. It is not my fault, it is no one's fault. I was borrn with ADHD and Dyslexia without anyone's choice. I now know that I can accept myself a little more and keep trying to do my best at what I want to be.

My next step will be to figuring out how I like to live my life. What would I do, if I wake up one day with no pain? What would I do if I had all the money I need? Let's start :)

80! I'm still continuing of the process of mindfulness. It's hard to focus my mind on the breathing. :c But I'm still gonna try.

I learnt that holding onto things that stress you out makes you feel like you're incapable of doing anything
