I am learning meditation and I am learning that every story is valid and equal. It has not sunk in emotionally yet, but I am trying my best to at least rationally understand it as such and believe that I am worthy of love and connection and having a loving family in the future is a possibity for me. Success is not worth the loneliness

@independentSouth7257 you absolutely deserve love and your family. It's the biggest thing you can ever learn is to love yourself- everything else can find its right place after that, like relationships and life choices. If they are based on your strong self worth then life does become easier and more balanced as well as being able to love and accept other people more fully.

Took me a long time to realise this! I still wobble on it now and then, bit deep deep down I do value myself and my health so I never slide back down quite as far as I used to be in that horrible dark lonely pit. I'm starting to make lasting strong bonds with friends, family and most recently a boyfriend. The relationships I make now are much stronger and fulfilling than previously because I know I deserve their love.

Its done me good to acknowledge this with you today as I was having a bad morning! Life is worthwhile! X

@Feenona Thank you for taking the time to share your story with me. Since I am just starting on my journey, it really is encouraging for me learn that you have gotten to a better place both for yourself and with others. I will hold on to that for sure

I am proud of the growth and success that I've made with 7 cups.

One aspect of 7 Cups that has helped is its reminders to interact positively on a consistent basis with issues. Even small measures help manage situations.

I am getting better at control and challenging my immediate reactions to learn the deeper hidden reason for bad reactions.

Don't be too hard on yourself. Give yourself some space and time.
