I'm at step 210 and I'm learning how to stand strong through the weight of everything that has been placed upon my shoulders. I am learning that I'm not a lone and there are others willing to help me carry the weight and love me without anything in return.

@ljm06 - People often think they need to make big changes if they want to see big improvements. But the truth is that doing little things can make a huge difference in our lives. Doing big things certainly have their place, but all those little things add up to big positive results as well. Well done you! Keep taking those small steps.

I learned it's ok to be different, I'm not less of a person or human if I have anxiety or depression, I worth it, I worth everything and so does everyone who struggles with their own mind. We're on a journey of learning and growing :)
