It's still difficult. Life is a difficult journey but it's on going and the only way is forward. The easiest way through is to let go and just forget everything that happened. Learn your lessons and move on. There's no point holding on to hurt and pain.

Ive learned that no matter how alone I feel, I always have the amazing people here at 7 cups! And I learned that people do love me and probably wont react badly when I open up to them about my problems; I asked my mum (finally) if i could see a therapist to help me beat my depression and anxiety and she said yes!

I've learnt I need to help myself in order to help others. When I spend time on myself I'm stronger and happier.

I'm so excited I'm on step 30 in my growth path! One thing I have learned is that the first step is always the hardest...once you start doing it everyday it gets a lot easier and it helped calm you down and you aren't as stressed.

@Sofiafaith totally agree. It's also right for many thing in the life, study, do exercise, work,... The beginning is always the hardest.
