Hi all, I'm only new to this site, so any help on what I should be doing would be much appreciated :)

I suffer with anxiety & panic disorder. Is their anyone that can te me how they overcame living in such misery :( I try so many different things, but the anxiety always wins...I'm not strong enough to beat this! My little girl deserves better than a mother like me living with the battle, how can I rid it for good so I can actually venture outside and do things with my daughter rather than me always having to miss out & her missing out on me being there on outings, school commitments & dancing commitments. I think I just need to accept anxiety will always be by my side... 😓

Since my last share, I've learned that it's okay to take a step back and assess the situation, and not to just meet it head on and hope for the best.

I think I've learned that it's useful to have a little toolbox of things to calm me down when I get stressed/anxious, but it means I'm distracted from my workload and then I feel guilty for not acheiving all the things I should. . . I still have a way to go.

That we aren't alone in our struggles, no matter how it may feel. It's okay to reach out, to ask for help and to open up.

I'm not sure that I have learned anything new. I've heard it before. Maybe this isn't the place I'm looking for. We'll see.
