Oh how wonderful it felt to just breathe surfing one of my exercises on my path! I was feeling soul tired, but somehow just relaxing and breathing soothed me so! Remembering the things that make me happy also helped. Things that require immediate attention keep coming at me and I feel overwhelmed at times. I can still breathe through these things and find my way through. Thank you
