I'm going to smash this

I've learnt that i'm going to smash this. And so are you.

I've learned that even though sometimes life seems to bring you one struggle after another, there's always beauty, kindness and joy if you just look for it. When you find them, wallow in them, forget the troubles and fully embrace the happiness. As the old saying goes, you can't stop the wind, but you can learn to sail/surf.

Made it to the 20th step in my growth path.

Forcing yourself to pick positive thankful things daily helps keep a positive attitude

I can become the changes i want to be and move on from the past and live for myself.

I've learned about being a good listener here and what NOT to do. I'm learning abou the different programs and such.
