I'm learning to be greatful for what I have and how I need to do away with my negativity
Step 30.
I'm learning to accept that just now (ie when my anxiety is up) it's not enough to just say "it will be fine, I'll deal with it" about certain situations. In one of my jobs I have to deal with a very large group of people who ask me a lot of questions. Most of them don't take too much interest in me personally but a few know I'm not very well and some of those people are not very good at realising I don't necessarily want to talk about it in front of the rest of the group. I find myself before each meeting saying "it will be fine" but it really tires me out and I'm not calm enough to begin with to deal with it. Next term I am going to make sure I take at least one week off so that I can have a rest from them (and not let myself worry about the loss of earnings).
@MrsBananarama
You are doing so amazingly <3! im so proud of you , and for taking so much steps as well. the week off sounds fabbity and its amazing that you are going to self care <3
I learned that every problem has a solution and later and sooner we find it. Panicking is a human nature, we need to control it cause it is not going to help in finding the solution.
@Archie2
I love this !! <3 staying calm helps in a lot of situations ! and yes every problem has a solution rushing and panicking to find it will cause more harm then good , go at it at your own pace . Take your time with it <3

@GlenM I have leaned not to let anger, my past or what people think of me matter
I've learned that I feel better if I stop and take some time to just breath. It's very relaxing.

I have learned that I have to stand up for myself.
