Step 140: Sometimes you to take a break and it's okay to slow down.

I'm learning to stop myself when I feel worthless and try to find at least one or two things that are special about me, and appreciating them instead of writing them off as "no big deal."

No matter how down youre feeling the most important thing is to remember to stay positive and make little goals for yourself to help your self esteem

@GlenM I've learned that I always had the chance to control my emotion not to dominate my rational feeling. When I start to overthinking, I warned myself to watch every breath I take and look around so I can stop my automaric thoughts.

There is always hope no matter how deep you have to go to find it. You don't have to go it alone.

110. I took a break for a while. I don't feel I learn much from the same few "steps" over and over.

I haven't really learned anything new. But I have made strides in my journey of discovering my identity and how to be confident with myself. I have also continued to grow my friendships with supportive people that I am so grateful that they can tolerate my uniqueness, even though if you asked them they would say it's not something they need to tolerate because they wholeheartedly love me as a friend. And I love them so much. I can not even describe how much my friends deserve that they don't receive in their life. So I should try to give back to them for how much they've helped me grow positively by being there for them, which has caused me to learn how to become assertive with my body and possessions to other people. I am thankful for 7 cups, despite the drama and rough things it has brought to my life. But the negative will always seems more than the positive.

Which leads me to a inspiration quote I found today that has reminded me a lot about life.

" Look for the positive in every day. And never give up, because there will be times when you will need to search a little ( or a lot ) harder. But you can do it, I believe in you. You are Brave. Keep going. "

And here's another one that has given me the courage...

" Life is like a bicycle. To stay balanced you have to keep moving. But sometimes you need help, and that's okay. Everyone starts out with training wheels. But eventually, you will learn how to ride. Don't be discouraged. There is no time limit for learning. "

Smiley Face.

I've learned that speaking about your problems is more soothing that I would've expected. It sparks new solutions, it gives you hope and it makes you realize the world doesn't end there.

That's okay to not be okay.
