Today is my one year anniversary on 7 Cups. A year ago, I doubted I would make it another year. Thanks to this wonderful community filled with support, resources, and education, I am still here; for better or worse-- Hahahahaha.
Seriously though, this is a milestone worth celebrating. I am proud of myself, and so glad 7 Cups is going strong, and continues to get better.

@GlenM The thing I've learned is that I'm not alone and I don't have to go through tough times alone. People are around to help whether IRL or online.
