I recently listened to a feed about negative thoughts, and the illustration was what we do when we don't like a TV program, book we are reading, song we are listening to, etc. Naturally, we turn the chanel or read something else, or listen to a different song. The same analogy can be used with our negative thoughts. This was helpful to me.

MEMBER PLS READ. I NEED EVERYON to messag my listenr. im almost 7 months pregnant n trappd in a violent relationship. I had a listenr fr a long time who ws helpin me. But then all of a suddn after her promisin to help me she ignores my messags and jus isn't interestd anymore. She bans me frm the site fr no reason and also gets others to ban me to. Al I want is fr her to help me the wy she promisd to get me n my baby to a safe place bt instead she turns everyone against me. I hav spent so long asking listenrs to help me get her to talk to me bt they wnt. They dnt understand hw desperate I am fr her help. Finally she spks to me but keep goin and nt helpin me properly.
