I learned that not everyone is going to be nice. They will do some rude inconsiderate things but it shouldn't bother me because it doesn't mean they are a bad person

Reduce my anxiety by not forcing or rushing things to happen my way. Accept the things that will happen when they happen.

Well, I can't say that I've completely learned the lesson; however, I know that just because I feel better doesn't mean that I can stop doing things to take care of myself physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. That being said, I've found that it's easier to get back up on the horse I've fallen off of than it was to learn to ride in the first place. wink It's OK to take a fall as long as I do what it takes to get back up and keep recovering and progresssing. laugh
