I have learned that meditation can truly help with realigning yourself.

I guess I learnt that in this modern world where everything "seems perfect", there is support, even if its in the form of a website or on those bad days, a chat partner, there is still something that can be done to help keep a person sane. For me thats one of the biggest things I have learnt from being on 7cups, that sometimes just changing your own perspective can help work through problems. I am no where near perfect, and I never will be, but I am in charge of my own life and I am making it one worth living for.

I'm only in the beginning of my path but 7 Cups has already changed my life to better. It's taught me that I can make one small step towards being more complete at a time with no pressure to immediately recover. It's taught me that it's vital to share my feelings with others as no man is an island and only this way you can learn that you're not alone in what you're going through and it's totally normal not to feel normal. It's taught me that no amount of anxiety can change the outcome and you have to move on to become a better version of yourself.
