I just reached step 10 in my growth path. This requires me to share what I've leaned, which is that if I just focus on one thing I can ground myself and correctly analyse my situation.

I've learned that if I stay stuck on things, I will be stuck at the door and missing out on my own party.

@Lovehasnogender

I love how you expressed that! It is so true, and I am so glad that you had that realization :) We all tend to get stuck on the little things and miss all the great things that are happening around us! :D

@GlenM To relax and think differently.

@raspberryMap8064

This is so true. It seems so simple some people but it is not always as simple as it sounds. I did a discussion recently and we talked about how just changing the way you think about things can drastically change the way those things affect you.

I realised I matter, despite my flaws and imperfections. I am more than just the mistakes I made to get to this place, and they don't define the person I could be.

@Blueraccoon15

I am so proud of you! That is amazing. Coming to that realization is a long and hard battle but you are completely correct! You are not defined by mistakes you made and if you learned from them, they don't become failures, they become lessons learned. Self-love starts with remembering that you are human and make mistakes and thats okay; sounds like you are on the right path! Keep up the great work!! :D
