I feel like these milestone posts come up too quickly sometimes, I'm not sure what I've learned over the past few days since I've posted.

I guess ive learned that connecting with old friends is better than not, I tend to avoid interaction. But I purposely reconnected with some friends yesterday, and it was good. They don't care if I'm a little broken. So maybe I need to spend more time with people I like.

@carefulBanana3419

I think it's great to reconnect with old friends, in a manner which is comfortable and acceptable to you. I feel it is important to spend time with people, who as you said, you enjoy spending time with, supportive, positive people!

Stay strong x

@JustTryingToStayPositive

Having strength is the key to getting through life's struggles, I find. Also, as you overcome challenges and obstacles, more strength develops, I have learned.

Figuring what triggers my stress and using the exercises to help calm and relax myself

July 5th, 2016

@BlueJade14

Finding factors which trigger your stress are important, I feel. By identifying these factors (and I need to do this, too), you can sort out how you will deal with these stressors, engage in better organization, and find methods of coping and improving situations. Good on you.
