There is always ALWAYS someone willing to help you
@Katelively I found this out last week. A friend is coming to stay with us to help financially and with the house while my husband has surgery. I never dreamed a friend would step up like thay
@Glen
Whoa, step 100! Through this journey I've learned I have to take care of myself and that doing so is not selfish or wrong. Self care is very important. I've also learned some coping strategies. I've hear some really great talks through videos that have led me to go explore those videos further. I've also learned how to meditate. I'm so grateful to this site. Thank you.
60 steps, and while I haven't been terribly active in the past few weeks, I find myself trying to be mindful more often. I dwell less on past mistakes, and I am slowly getting less anxious about the future. But I am finding it much easier to be in the moment rather than wishing the moment was different, which makes me feel like a better wife and mother.
@easyPenny1601 and all of that is a job well done! You really learnt alot :)
I realized it's not as hard to think of positive things
@BCKR2015 indeed, and its easier to live with!
Im happy to overcome a little of my anxiety
@skylightintheairi small steps go a long way
To accept my mistakes and learn from them and be a better person , by not being controlled by my emotions but by controlling them instead. To let go of the mistakes that others make because life is much more than all of this.
@Zenith009 accpetance always helps

Well I learned that I am easily amused by the animated videos on the activities. I also learned that anxiety is a much more common problem than I think.
