I'm learning that I am Worthy of happiness and love and that it doesn't depend on others. Im learning to have a more positive sense of self worth for myself.

I've learned that even thought it was really painful when someone ended our friendship a few years ago, it was for the best because she never really showed remorse for mistreating me and actually blamed me for being upset at being mistreated when all I wanted was for her to give an apology that she actually meant. Even though I was devastated when she left, I was never truly happy when she was in my life anyways.

This feels a little rambly, but that friendship was toxic even if it had nice moments.

@GlenM I learned it's important to examine when things are up to me and when they are not

@GlenM Not one single thing will be the fix all for everything. Sometimes I have to listen to music. Sometimes I have to fold my laundry. Sometimes I need to look at pinterest. Sometimes I want to take a shower, or even a bath. one of these things are right or wrong.

I've learned that being alone and feeling lonely, while new to me, I genuinely enjoy the peacefulness
